Because, in just these few weeks, it's reaffirmed once again that putting our energy and focus trying to control things over which we have no control, is tiring, more anxiety-instilling and waisted. That ultimately (outside the context of flattening the curve) overthinking the what-ifs or moving from a place of fear is only doing yourself and your fellow humans a disfavour. And that you're missing out on a dose of clarity and confidence that is waiting for you at the party.

🎉 Soulfully grooving to hardcore R&B tunes as I cook a simple breakfast for hubby
🎉 Deep bellyaching laughter as the old broom finally gives in when I'm using it to wash and clean the balcony
🎉 More intense pen-to-paper writing and more curiously observing the ink and strokes of my handwriting
🎉 Stretching my body and feeling the muscles sinking into my body *whispering* "thank you"
🎉 Enjoying a wave and smile in greeting the girl from the local cafe from a distance
🎉 Experiencing the magic of an in-person soul sister circle meditating together online (yes, read that again!)
