How to stay on top of your game in times of challenge and change?
What things in your life need your attention right now that you CAN control?
When we find ourselves in times of challenge and change, it can feel hard to stay on top of your game. The principle of working and rocking what we have and what we can control helps us bring our focus, energy and attention back to empowering ourselves.
There are three things to remember to apply this:
1. Put first things first. What are your biggest priorities or habits you need in place to help you show up and bring your best for yourself and others? What can you do right now to play your part in flattening the curve?
2. Shift your language and your mindset. What might be some highlights in either having more personal time and space? What do you GET to do? We have the privilege to be creative in bringing those biggest priorities and habits to life.
3. Come from a place of love and gratitude. What can you be grateful for?
