How I follow my multi-passionate nature and live on purpose
Hello lovely being! πβ¨
.
I'm so excited to have connected with more of this beautiful online community in the last few months. And so I want to officially welcome you and say hi. Hiiii ππ»
.
If we've not yet chatted, I'm Marlous, Certified Life Coach, deeply passionate about empowering you to lead and live with courage so you can create YOUR version of success that feels true for you β€οΈβ¨
.
Something you may not now about me is that I'm a multi-passionate at heart and alongside my coaching business, I'm also a Fundraising professional and Partnerships Executive at @lifelineaustralia. Together with an incredible team, I lead and drive corpate partnerships at this purposeful mental health charity.
.
I shifted from my corpate career to work in the for-purpose sector just under 2 years ago. In my 8 years of actively volunteering and raising funds for different charities like the Cancer Council, One Girl Foundation, Rotary, Initiatives of Change and more, I continued to build my corporate experience in strategic relationships, marketing and business development. And now I marry those skills & passions in my 9-5 career at Lifeline for which I'm truly grateful. π
.
Because of my multi-passionate nature it's crucial that I manage my energy and time especially doing both coaching and working a job, and all the other wonderful things in life we get to do in life.
.
This is why I'm big on being purposefully productive, managing and cultivating energy and focus to empower myself to live in congruence with my deepest values Authenticity, Connection, Contribution. I'm still (& probably always will be) a student of life, but especially in the last two years since I started my coaching journey with the Beautiful You Coaching Academy, I've honed in heavily on leading with courage, saying No to things that don't work for me and for the kind of person I want to be. I've never been happier and more fulfilled in my life & my relationships been better βΊοΈ

This now means I barely watch TV πΊ and I don't even have Netflix (yes indeed!). I also don't drink coffee (anymore) β! (I may have 1 a month or a decaf for the taste and smell). Oh and I looove my sleep π
.
What about you? Am I missing out on Netflix? π
