How have you been and how are you going with your goals? Wow! It's hard to believe it's already May, right?

One thing I've been doing over the last few weeks has been reflecting on this question:
💜 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲 (𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲)?
.
Some of you would have also had opportunity to strip away what doesn't serve you (anymore), whether consciously or unconsciously. Cleaning out the cupboards, the house, your digital space, or even being pickier with how you spend your time online. Doing more of what you can that you love doing. Being more intentional on how you're spending your time and also being more open and curious about new things.
.
And for some of you, you're enjoying (parts of) it. Slowing down. Bringing a different pace to things. You might even feel like you want more of this "new normal".

𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙣𝙟𝙤𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 "𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣" 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚? I hear you.

Some of my biggest wishes for you:

💞 May creating your routine or "new normal" become a process of change with opportunity to stop doing what doesn't feel good (in any circumstance).
.
💞 May you get clearer on what your values are to start stripping away those things that aren't in congruence with your deepest values.
.
💞 May you keep space for things that truly fulfil you - cleaning out in good Marie-Kondo style only keeping what truly sparks joy.
.
💞 May you be intentional about your time, energy and focus to live a life and do work that you absolutely love.
.
Because I know from the bottom of my heart, that 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘁.
