I've been feeling really overwhelmed recently with all the things on my plate.. I've noticed the smallest things could get to me and in all honesty I haven't even had time to let it get to me.. My mind is going a hundred miles an hour, doing over time.. I literally feel like I'm sitting on top of a Shinkansen being pulled and stretched to hold on.

Yesterday for the first time in a while my body put their foot down.

Brain: get through this one more report so we can move on this thing. One more call so we can action that thing.
Body: You wanna read more...? You wanna put more on your plate to do? Here's a starry episode and headache to make you stop.
