With a decade of experience as an ambitious career woman, not for profit corporate fundraiser, leadership coach and life coach trainer,  I’ve come to deeply understand the importance of defining and redefining coaching, business success and leadership on my own terms. I now know it to be so essential, especially for new and emerging life coaches.

Through my own experiences, I awakened to the fact I was subscribed to an exhausting hustle culture that was deeply incongruent with my soul and the way I wanted to show up in the world every day.

I had only known how to create success at the cost of my own health and relationships.

I had bought into the idea that to succeed I had to sacrifice almost every part of me. I came to believe that…

…more time working equaled more success

…I had to outwork my competition

…rest was unnecessary

..and success had to feel like hard work - otherwise it wasn’t.

I had to redefine success and leadership for myself.

It took a lot of following my curiosity and passion - and trial and error.

It required me saying yes to myself and what I felt my heart was calling me to.

It took me a lot of saying no to versions of success that were not my own.

It took me a lot of owning what was truly my heart and soul desires and responsibility.

It took me letting go of what I subconsciously believed was a success or desire that was not mine to carry.

Even when…

• As a high achieving multi-passionate woman I was constantly told to focus on one thing

• I was told things I was drawn to wouldn’t make money or create success and were likely a mistake

• It meant I would likely disappoint people I deeply cared about. 

I’ve come to know that to create businesses and lives that light us up requires ongoing work on ourselves.

The work of self leadership that has no end destination. 

This is the work I actively devote myself to so I can truly embody and live my version of leadership and success with integrity and congruence. And it’s my mission to support emerging life coaches who want to cultivate a soul aligned business and positive impact they deeply desire too.
