Through my coaching methodology, I offer a Being Profile Immersion to support you in understanding the workability and effective across areas of your life. Using the Being Profile as a tool helps us answer the question ‘how we are being’ and helps you increase your awareness so that you are able to pinpoint specific aspects that may be limiting or can enhance the results you produce in your life. The b Immersion includes an online assessment of 244 questions (approximately 1 hour to complete), followed by a comprehensive 2-hour 1:1 debrief and a tailored personalised report with ongoing coaching support in our coaching container.
WHAT IS THE BEING PROFILE?
The Being Profile is an in-depth psychometric ontological assessment tool (based on the study of reality and being) to support your performance, effectiveness and leadership with substance and results. The Being Profile is based on the Being Framework, a rigorous, structured and comprehensive approach to working on our being, and was developed over a decade of research to quantify the fundamental qualities of high performance, leadership and effectiveness.
It provides objective language and an overview of 31 aspects of being to support the client in creating shifts and better results by looking at the relational aspects of the person to the aspects of being. Through the exploration of healthy and unhealthy relationship aspects through a distinction provided of what is meant with unhealthy aspects for a particular aspect of being, you can begin to see what’s working and what’s not working in your desired goal areas.
The metrics of the Being Profile have a focus on breaking through the optics of ‘good’ performance and uncover your unique aspects of being, so that you can address core challenges (also referred to as the ‘shadow’ side) and workability effectively and in-depth. There are 31 Aspects of Being defined in the Being Profile that measures the relationship you have with those qualities including vulnerability, integrity, responsibility, assertiveness, love, compassion, courage and more.
The Being Profile gives insight to aspects of how you are being in your life and provides measures to raise awareness, uncover areas of workability and gaps that limit effectiveness and results. We look at what's working and what's not working, and explore what areas you may desire change or shift in to create a more healthy relationship with specific aspects of being.
What distinguishes the Being Profile as a psychometric assessment tool from other behavioural or personality based tests is that it looks at those aspects in relation to your being that can all be transformed, and it examines your being as a whole, rather than as isolated aspects. The Being Profile debrief is a deeply personalised discovery process where you as the client determine workability from your own perspective. You are in the driver seat. You define what success and leadership looks like on your terms and you get to witness what areas or circumstances you may feel called to transform using the Being Profile as a tool of support. In comparison to other assessments, none of your aspects of being are fixed like in the context of personality traits and doesn’t define any aspect or good or bad, as we look at all aspects of your being wholistically.
Through the Debrief, these insights can now be made tangible into super specific contexts and areas of life for you as the client and shine a light on things under the surface, very effectively and quickly. In our continued coaching, these can be translated into tangible actions and provide an ongoing framework for you to refer to to support the breakthroughs you want to make sustainably going beyond surface level changes.
These 31 aspects of being, through a decade of studying highly effective people and entrepreneurs utilising metaphysics, philosophy and ontology, have been identified as the core aspects to shift performance, leadership and effective results significantly.
